Our Corporate Business Principles

It is essential that we build our business on clear principles and sound governance. It helps us to maintain trust in the Nestlé brand and reduces risk throughout our value chain. The Nestlé Corporate Business Principles (pdf, 1 Mb) regulate the way we do business and they form the basis of our culture, our values and our Creating Shared Value strategy. They are regularly reviewed by our Executive Board and aligned with international best practice, incorporating global standards such as the UN Global Compact Principles.
