Starting her journey with Nestlé in 2006 as part of the Management Trainee Program, Adedolapo has risen through the ranks by gaining hands-on experience across nearly every pillar of the supply chain - planning, procurement, logistics, and customer service. Her leadership helps make Nestlé collaborative, agile, and future-ready. She actively shapes the next generation of supply chain professionals and is always breaking down barriers for women in the field.
Sardia Trixy Battuta-Dawlah

Regional Application Group Manager, Nestlé Central-West Africa Region

With a PhD in food science and over 15 years of experience, Sardia is a driving force for the team responsible for recipe development and industrialization across Nestlé’s factories and manufacturing partners in the region. Her journey from Quality Assurance to Production Management and now leadership showcases not only technical depth, but the versatility and growth mindset at the heart of Nestlé.
