Healthy living in Africa Campaign : Maple Glazed Chicken | Nestlé

This tasty dish is very easy to make. Just add the chili, maple syrup, water, salt & pepper to a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Allow it come to a simmer and add the chicken. Cook each side for 4-5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve with the pan sauce and enjoy!

Makes: 2 Servings
Ingredients:

• ¼ cup maple syrup
• ¼ cup water
• ½ teaspoon dried chilli flakes
• ½ teaspoon sea salt flakes
• ½ teaspoons cracked black pepper
• 2 x 200g chicken breast fillets, trimmed
