A balanced meal should contain as many of the five food groups as possible. Try out this chicken salad recipe that is healthy, easy to make and with a side of whole grain bread contains all five food groups. Just heat up a little bit of oil and add garlic. Then add the chicken, before mixing in the rest of the ingredients. Serve with your favourite dressing. #HealthyLivingAfrica
