Ensure Responsible Marketing Communication to Children

Since we established our Corporate Communication Principles in 2002, and introduced the Marketing to Children Policy in 2008, we have ensured global compliance to responsible advertising and marketing to children.

Our progress

In 2015, we updated the Nestlé Marketing Communication to Children Policy and decided to make it publicly available. 

We seek to increase knowledge and awareness of the criteria on marketing to children across our company worldwide, and are currently developing a web-based tool to make sure our marketers and external agency partners fully understand and implement our policy. 

At regional level, we will roll out targeted training for our marketing teams, including a refresher session for all our agency teams by 2017.
