Nestlé Cameroon factory opened its doors to a delegation of Gabonese journalists and the Cameroon Association of Health Journalists to share our commitment to enhance quality of life and contribute to healthier future through product safety and quality.
The delegation was received by Talla Fall, Factory Manager, on behalf of the Country Manager. Nestlé has invested more than 23 billion for the past 5 years in modernizing its infrastrure in Cameroon. The company has also signed a partnership with the Cameroonian Health Ministry as a sign of our commitment to contibuting to nutrition, health and wellness in society.
By engaging different stakeholders concerned with health such as the Health Journalists, the company demonstrates its long term commitment to Consumer care and respect which is at the heart of its quality policy.
The factory tour exposed the journalists to our stringeant safety measures, confirming our safety and quality claim. More than 400 quality tests are done to release Maggi products on the market. A special tasting session in the lab threw more light on the difference our products bring in terms of taste and health.
