As many as you want, so long as the children are between the ages of 6 – 15 years.

The following terms and conditions apply exclusively to the aforementioned Campaign. By participating, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions provided below:

  1. The Campaign is organized by Nestlé Ghana and Nigeria and it is managed and executed by Publicis West Africa (hereinafter jointly referred to as “the Organizers”).
  2. The Campaign will run from 11 October 2019 to February 2020.
  3. By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which are subject to the interpretation of the Organizers.
  4. The Organizers reserve the right to amend, modify or change these terms and conditions at any time during the campaign with or without notice to the participants.
  5. Any changes to the terms and conditions and or any development relating to the Campaign shall be deemed to have been sufficiently communicated to the participants, and members of the public, by publishing such change on this website.
  6. Entry is open to residents and citizens of the Republic of Ghana and Nigeria except employees of the Organizers and their immediate family members.
  7. Persons eligible to participate in this Campaign are parents or guardians of children between the ages of 6 to 15.
  8. Parents/guardians can put in entries for their wards to participate in the Campaign without any limit on the number of entries provided that such entries are made during the pendency of the Campaign.
  9. Entries which are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and will not be considered. All decisions on entries are at the sole discretion of the Organizers and shall be final.
  10. The Organizers also reserve the sole right to change, substitute, withdraw, revoke or otherwise limit the scope of the Campaign or any matter appurtenant to the Campaign at any time during the Campaign.
  11. While using this website, you will be prompted to provide Organizers with certain personal information/data that will be used to contact or identify participants. Such information may include, but is not limited to participant’s name, e-mailing address, telephone number etc. ("Personal Information").
  12. By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the use of your name, photograph, voice/video footage, and other relevant biodata in in any media for an unlimited period in any territory.
  13. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact you where applicable. If you cannot be contacted or fail to comply with any of these terms and conditions, the Organizers reserve the right to replace you with the next eligible entrant drawn at random.
  14. The decision of the Organizers in relation to any aspect of the Campaign is final and no further correspondence will be entered into with any participant.
  15. In the event of a discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  16. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana and Nigeria.
  17. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by any court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable, the unaffected provisions and any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry shall continue to be valid.
  18. TAKE NOTICE that the Organizers do not require any participant to send, give and or offer cash, airtime or any consideration whatsoever in any manner to any person to participate before during and or after the campaign. The Organizers shall therefore not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred by any person in relation to this Campaign in any manner whatsoever.
