A Heavy Mango Smoothie

A smoothie that’s easy to make and full of vitamins and protein. Just peel the skin, remove the seed and put the fruit in the blender. Add milk and sugar and blend until the mixture becomes thick and smooth. Chill and serve up nutritional goodness!

Makes: 2 servings Ingredients:

• 2 Mangos
• 250-300ml cold milk
• 1½-2 tablespoons of sugar, or to taste, according to the size and sweetness of the mangoes
• Ice cubes, to serve
