A glass of milk provides 8 grams of protein and is also an excellent source of bone-building calcium and Vitamin D. The recommended amount for toddlers ages 2-3 is two glasses of milk, for children age 4-8 it’s two and a half cups and for adolescents, teens and adults it’s 3 cups.
