Make equity our daily reality.
Let's put equity at the heart of everything we do in the workplace and beyond. It's a key game changer and the right thing to do. Regardless of your position or gender, do not hesitate to challenge gender stereotypes, speak out against discrimination, call attention to biases and seek inclusion. This is how we will become stronger and better as individuals, teams, and companies.
For me, fairness is in everything we do. Let's continue to have that equity within our culture. Let's be champions of equityFatou Diop NGOM, National Sales Manager, Nestlé Côte d’Ivoire.

Work Hard
My grandmother was my biggest inspiration, she always reminded me to work hard and prove myself so I could be independent and fulfilled. She joked that if she was able to run a business while being illiterate, then I was capable of everything I put my mind to. I credit her with building my self-confidence and encouraging me to always be the best version of myself.
