New Main hed
In honour of International Women’s Day, some of our extraordinary female leaders in Central West Africa Region who come from different backgrounds and fields share some inspirational advice and insights.
Dive deep into their message and learn more about how they are embracing equity in their field of work.

Make equity our daily reality.

Let's put equity at the heart of everything we do in the workplace and beyond. It's a key game changer and the right thing to do. Regardless of your position or gender, do not hesitate to challenge gender stereotypes, speak out against discrimination, call attention to biases and seek inclusion. This is how we will become stronger and better as individuals, teams, and companies.

Work Hard

My grandmother was my biggest inspiration, she always reminded me to work hard and prove myself so I could be independent and fulfilled. She joked that if she was able to run a business while being illiterate, then I was capable of everything I put my mind to. I credit her with building my self-confidence and encouraging me to always be the best version of myself.
